How can I serve?

If you are a member of Redeemer with a desire to serve, we would love you to get involved. We have several ministry teams at our church made up of volunteers who want to use their gifts to love God and love others.

“God has given each of you a gift from his great variety of spiritual gifts. Use them well to serve one another.” 1 Peter 4:10

WELCOME TEAM | LEADER: NATALIE THOMPSON

Our Welcome Team members are the first faces you see when you walk through the Redeemer Baptist doors. Their job is to make current church members and guests feel welcomed by greeting and answering questions.

WORSHIP TEAM | LEADER: Daniel Thompson

If you have a passion for worship music, we would love for you to serve on our worship team. We have a contemporary-style service that features everything from hymns to modern worship.

HOSPITALITY TEAM | LEADER: ANGIE THOMPSON

Life happens. Babies are born, people get sick, we lose loved ones. The Hospitality Team’s mission is to team up and serve when there is a need. If a meal needs to be cooked or a card needs to be sent, the hospitality team is contacted.

SPECIAL SERVICES TEAM | LEADER: SUMMER LLOYD

At Redeemer, we have special church services during holidays. This team comes together to prepare our sanctuary, decorate and make necessary preparations before special services.

USHER TEAM | LEADER: RICHARD ARGYLE

Our ushers help take up the offering at the beginning of our Sunday morning services after worship. After they collect the offering, one usher prays. The usher team is multigenerational.

REDEEMER KIDS TEAM | LEADER: CRYSTAL POUSSON

To serve on the Redeemer KIDS team is to volunteer for our Sunday morning services in the nursery, preschool class and grade-school class. Redeemer KIDS Team requires regular training.
