At Redeemer, we believe that the local church is God’s intended means to fulfill the Great Commission. For that reason, we strive to be a mission-engaged church in our giving, praying, and going. We give 10% of all funds received to support mission efforts locally and globally. Additionally, we have special times each year when we highlight specific mission giving opportunities.

ANNIE ARMSTRONG

During the Easter season, we collect an Annie Armstrong Offering, which benefits the North American Mission Board. Your prayers and gifts provide support for thousands of missionaries across North America. These men and women are planting new churches in unreached communities and meeting needs through compassion ministries.

LOTTIE MOON

During the Christmas season, we collect a Lottie Moon Offering, which benefits the International Mission Board. The IMB partners with churches to empower thousands of missionary teams who are evangelizing, discipling, planting and multiplying healthy churches, and training leaders among unreached people groups across the globe for the glory of God.

HOPEGIVERS INTERNATIONAL

We proudly support Hopegivers International, which provides “help for today, hope for eternity” by rescuing orphaned, abandoned, and at-risk children while also assisting the needy and oppressed. Hopegivers has orphanages, churches, schools, and seminaries in multiple countries, including India, Nepal, Burma, and Haiti.

COOPERATIVE PROGRAM

Through the Southern Baptist Convention’s Cooperative Program, a portion of all of our gifts are given to local missions through the Baptist Association of Greater Baton Rouge (BAGBR), Louisiana Baptist Convention (LBC), North American Mission Board (NAMB), and International Mission Board (IMB).
