Serve Teams provide us with opportunities to use our unique,
God-given gifts in practical ways to meet the needs of others.

WORSHIP TEAM | LEADER: Daniel Thompson

This team is responsible for leading the Redeemer family in worship through music and other artistic expressions. This includes but is not limited to: planning, preparing, and leading musical selections for weekly worship services, as well as planning, preparing, and leading special services for Christmas Eve, Good Friday, and other holidays.

WELCOME TEAM | LEADER: Todd Blount

This team is responsible for providing a positive first impression to Redeemer’s guests. This includes greeting individuals and families as they arrive as well as ensuring the property and facilities are in good condition. This includes, but is not limited to: tidying up the Worship Center and other common areas, preparing coffee and supplies, stocking bathrooms with appropriate supplies, ensuring that the Worship Center has ample Connection Cards, offering envelopes, and the like. 

USHER TEAM | LEADER: RICHARD ARGYLE

This team is responsible for collecting the weekly offering and distributing any materials needed during worship services or other meetings. This includes, but is not limited to: collecting the offering, counting and securing the offering, distributing agendas and minutes at meetings, and the like.

HOSPITALITY TEAM | LEADER: Cindy Roff

This team is responsible for making Redeemer a hospitable place for both members and guests. This includes but is not limited to: helping with food for church wide meals, setting up for weddings and funerals, coordinating meals and flowers for families during births, bereavement, and the like.

SPECIAL SERVICES TEAM | LEADER: SUMMER LLOYD

This team is responsible for assisting the church staff to ensure that all special services at Redeemer run smoothly. This includes but is not limited to: preparing the elements for the Lord’s Supper, assisting baptismal candidates on baptism days, coordinating with staff at Christmas, Easter, and other holidays, special seasons, and the like.

Prayer TEAM | LEADER: Elaine Wright

This team is responsible for interceding for the Redeemer church family and beyond, both personally and corporately as a team. This includes, but is not limited to: meeting regularly to pray for the church staff and leaders, praying for each service and ministry at Redeemer, maintaining the church wide prayer list, and the like.

REDEEMER KIDS TEAM | LEADERS: Sydney Atwell & Shaina Cox

This team is responsible for planning, preparing, and leading evangelism and discipleship opportunities for children from birth through 4th grade. This includes but is not limited to: nursery and Kids Church during Sunday worship services, seasonal special events (e.g. Easter, Back to School, Christmas, etc), resources for parents, and the like. Redeemer KIDS requires a background check and appropriate training.

REDEEMER YTH TEAM | LEADERS: Brenen Charles & JAcob Cheng

This team is responsible for planning, preparing, and leading evangelism and discipleship opportunities for youth from 5th through 12th grades. This includes but is not limited to: youth gatherings on Wednesday nights (or a suitable alternative), seasonal special events (e.g. Disciple Now, retreats, camps, etc), resources for parents, and the like. Redeemer YTH requires a background check and appropriate training.
